Für den Bereich "IT-Service Management" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Onsite Support Specialist (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.
Im Bereich wird der Service Desk und Onsite Support für die HENSOLDT Gruppe erbracht. Das umfasst auch die Steuerung eines Dienstleisters über Service Level Agreements und das Management der IT-Service Prozesse.
