Eclipse Advantage is looking for an On-Site Manager to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The On-Site Manager position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Recruitment
- Enter new labor requisitions into the ATS upon receipt from the client, with specified start dates
- Follow client-specific hiring requirements including drug screening, background checks, and other onboarding steps
- Administer pre-hire and random drug testing where applicable
- Make final hiring decisions for all candidates
- Execute and maintain daily recruitment activities as defined by the site recruitment strategy:
- Pool management and daily recruitment calls
- Onsite and offsite job fairs
- Community outreach
- Onsite employee referral program
- Collaborate with support recruitment resources including Grass Roots Recruiters and Corporate
- Establish and maintain a vetted candidate pool aligned to site recruitment strategy
- Meet company and site-specific Fill Rate KPIs, ensuring 100% of customer positions are filled on time
Compliance
- Audit new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and contractual vetting requirements prior to date of hire
- Maintain Industrial Athlete daily punches in the timekeeping platform where applicable
- Engage internal HR support for employee terminations and related concerns
- Manage the Industrial Athlete paycard program
Industrial Athlete Engagement
- Conduct new hire orientation for all incoming Industrial Athletes by Day 1 of assignment
- Ensure all Industrial Athletes are fully prepared for success in their role prior to Day 1 and have a welcoming first 40 to 80 hours on the job
- Maintain daily Industrial Athlete engagement by walking the production floor and common areas
Workforce Management
- Spend approximately 50% of each shift on the floor engaging with Industrial Athletes, supervisors, production leads, operations managers, and safety staff
- Drive Industrial Athlete retention through recognition of attendance milestones, tenure achievements, and performance coaching
- Resolve issues related to Industrial Athlete performance, supervisor or peer conflict, and payroll discrepancies
- Conduct safety observations to ensure a defined percentage of the workforce is observed weekly
- Perform daily facility safety observations and enter results into RMIS
- Manage and ensure completeness of all incident investigations, including incident forms, photographs, investigation documentation, Nurse Hotline utilization, and RMIS entries
- Enforce PPE requirements and all safety policies and procedures as defined internally and by the client
- Facilitate new hire safety orientation, post-hire safety training, and physical skills assessments where applicable
- Collaborate with the Risk Department to support Industrial Athletes through post-incident care
- Participate in client-sponsored and internal safety meetings and committees
Data Management and Reporting
- Use data to assess performance against client and Eclipse Advantage operational KPIs
- Drive improvement actions and proactively inform the client of program effectiveness
- Understand health of the account by managing data and metrics: performance vs. SLAs, up to and including: safety performance, IA retention, fill rate, ready-pool, etc. with the intention to proactively plan and execute improvement activities.
Account Management
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client engagement activities to retain and grow customer partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and build relationships with key decision makers
- Identify client service expectations and manage appropriate response times
- Lead client operations meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Execute the daily attendance management policy and provide timely notification to the client
- Ensure successful operational delivery, accountable to client-specific SLA’s, promoting partnership and client satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement as one of this role’s primary responsibility
- Elevate any potential growth opportunities in a timely manner, with the intention of elevating our Eclipse Advantage profile at all times
Team Management
- Lead the activities of internal team members and manage team responsibilities appropriately
- Ensure all SOPs are followed and executed by the internal team
- Provide guidance, mentorship, development feedback, and coaching to support team member growth
- Partner with HR and Operations Leadership to manage performance and identify developmental resources
Qualification
- 3 or more years of recruiting and staffing experience preferred
- 1 or more years of management experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility with schedule and availability for potential overtime as determined by manager
- Ability to spend extended time on the client production floor
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic data entry skills
