Customer Service Representative

Start Date: November 2nd, 2026

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044

Shift: Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Mandatory Onsite Training) | Flexible shifts available post-training (8:00 AM or 10:00 AM start times)

Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Work Environment: Onsite

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls related to mortgage servicing, payments, escrow, and account inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer support while resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying refinancing opportunities when appropriate.
• Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, adherence, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent contact center or call center experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong employment stability with consistent tenure and minimal employment gaps.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Mortgage servicing, banking, finance, loan servicing, or bilingual experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
