As an Inbound Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is based onsite in Clark, Pampanga, and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our pioneer batch in this location.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.

Provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.
