You’ll make an Impact

We’re looking for an Onsite HOA Property Manager, who will act under the direction of the Board of Directors, always manages the Association professionally and ethically with open communication and collaboration. The OM must possess exemplary analytical and relationship-building skills required to engage the community members and to support the Board’s deliberations and decision-making. This is a full-time, exempt, position based in San Jose, Ca, Monday–Friday 9-5 PM. Salary range is $65,000 – $70,350a year; direct experience is strongly preferred.

  • Conducting weekly walks of the site to conduct reasonable inspections;
  • Meeting and coordinating with vendors who provide services to the community
  • Preparing owner violation letters
  • Receiving processing and responding to owner complaints
  • Maintaining records of owner complaints and responses to the same- reporting same to the board
  • Maintaining records of vendor work and documenting the same for reporting to the board
  • Facilitating interactions with local authorities and governmental entities regarding the operation of the association's
  • Identifying potential violations of the governing documents and bringing the same to the board's attention
  • Preparing and maintaining logs of maintenance activities
  • Directing maintenance crews in accordance with the directions of the agent and the board
  • Coordinate the reservations for and the upkeep of the associations recreation room and common facilities
  • Conducting such other management activities as directed by agent

Qualifications

What you Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Proficient in MS 365, ADP Timekeeping.
  • Must have reliable transportation & be able to provide proof of a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
