We are seeking an engaging and service-oriented Onsite Health & Wellness Program Specialist to support a client-based employee wellness program in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will help employees take meaningful steps toward better health by connecting them with wellness resources, preventive care opportunities, benefit navigation support, and practical tools that meet them where they are on their well-being journey.
This is a highly visible onsite and field-based role that works closely with the plan sponsor’s Employee Benefits & Wellness team, internal partners, external vendors, and employees across a variety of work environments. The position is based in Pompano Beach, FL, and the schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. with a one-hour lunch, and includes regular travel to customer worksites. The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, presenting wellness information, supporting one-on-one employee conversations, and coordinating programs that promote healthier lifestyles and stronger engagement.
