Job Description

Taylor Management is seeking a motivated and dedicated Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall management of our residential community. This role involves directly interacting with residents, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and ensuring compliance with community policies and standards. Salary $60,000-$70,000

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily community operations and maintenance schedules.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the management company.
  • Organizing community events and meetings to enhance resident engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and governing documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HOA and condominium association operations preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CMCA or AMS are desirable.

Presently Mr. Santoriello serves on the Board of Directors of Community Association Institute and was a three term Chair of the Managers Committee for New Jersey State (CAI).
