Job Description

Community/Property Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

A residential community is seeking an experienced Community/Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mid-rise condominium property. This on-site role is responsible for building operations, vendor management, resident relations, financial oversight, and implementation of Board directives. Salary is $85-90k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations and building systems
  • Oversee vendors (maintenance, security, landscaping, etc.)
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and capital projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for residents
  • Handle financial processes including invoices and budget support
  • Prepare reports and support Board meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of condominium/property management experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Ability to be on-call for emergencies
  • CMCA/AMS credentials preferred

Presently Mr. Santoriello serves on the Board of Directors of Community Association Institute and was a three term Chair of the Managers Committee for New Jersey State (CAI).
