To execute all branding and communication channels set plan for all the bank’s touch points, including branches and on site ATMs through the continues monitoring, while ensuring consistency and alignment to strengthen employees & customers’ engagement, loyalty and strategic understanding.
Branches & ATMs Branding
1.Check that the branding materials on the Branches & on-site ATMs network casing, branding sticker based on the guidelines to ensure alignment.
2.Ensure the brand quality in branches, ATMs and premises and coordinate with the Procurement Department to make Point of Sale (POs) for the jobs and receive them with good quality.
3.Make sure all branding materials/ ATM casing are requested and delivered within the target time frame & according to CIB standards.
4.Ensure continuous enhancement for branches/ATM’s branding materials through maintaining the existing touch points with more efficient, effective, and sustainable criteria in order to provide extended brand exposure.
5.Coordinate with different departments/vendors to maintain, enhance and develop CIB branding materials including but not limited to branches facades, ATM casing, communication channels in order to ensure that the branding materials are well presented and help improve the outcome of the project as it helps in early detection and resolution inspection.
6.Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
7.Supervise all marketing maintenance processes and operations in order to ensure that all marketing/branding materials are efficiently & well presented at all times.
8.Propose the yearly maintenance budget
9.Work according to the monthly progress reports and maintenance logs in order to keep track of all machinery and touchpoints health and schedule inspection when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or brand management support roles.
- Solid understanding of branding principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Commercial International Bank was established in 1975 as a joint venture between the National Bank of Egypt (NBE, 51%) and the Chase Manhattan Bank (49%) under the name "Chase National Bank of Egypt”. Following Chase's decision to divest its equity stake in 1987, NBE increased its shareholding to 99.9%, changing the Bank’s name to Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E. In May 2014, Actis, successfully realised its investment in CIB and sold its remaining 6.5% to Subsidiaries wholly owned by Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd “Fairfax”.
