OfficePro, Inc. is searching for an experienced Audio Visual Technician who will be dedicated onsite to our client end user Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 40 hours per week.

This is a Full-Time Position with benefits, Paid Vacation and Paid time off for the qualified candidate who is hired to provide white glove and break/fix support to our client.

Job Description:

• The technician will be working as a dedicated onsite AV Support Technician for C-Suite executives and below
• Set up, testing and monitoring of VTC AV Conference Rooms and all components
• Troubleshooting at a Tier 2 Level of all Conference Room VTC equipment and software
• Ability and experience to standalone troubleshoot Crestron Control touch panels
• Video Wall troubleshooting and set up to include, but not limited to, Samsung, Barco and Nano Lumens
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot Shure Microphones. Particularly Shure 910/920
• Previous experience testing and troubleshooting Unified Communications such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Google, Etc.
• Experience with VTC Conference room hardware & software
• Familiar with AV signal flow including DSP (Biamp) testing
• Daily adhoc AV Requests dedicated to the client site for meeting support, live room support and troubleshooting as requested and needed
• Professional and white glove approach is required

Responsibilities:

Onsite Support, Troubleshooting capabilities, and white glove support of:

• Crestron Control hardware and software support and troubleshooting
• Biamp DSP for auto-mix meetings
• Shure wireless microphones,
• Video Wall Support, set up and troubleshooting as required
• Large meeting rooms with Biamp DSP, Crestron Flex Teams system
• Other spaces with similar technologies for Audio, Video, Control and Unified Communications
