
Source and vet medical facilities and transportation providers in priority regions.
Interview providers and help expand MHG’s partner network; maintain accurate records.
Coordinate meetings across time zones; manage agendas, take notes, track actions.
Support negotiations, rate comparisons, invoicing prep, and document control.
Assist with basic compliance checks and provider credential validation.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
Confident interviewing and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Healthcare operations, medical terminology, or credentialing familiarity.
CRM/vendor tools
Interest in maritime, logistics, or medical coordination.
French/Spanish/Portuguese
Hands-on global operations experience and provider management.
Exposure to negotiations, SLAs, invoicing, and compliance basics.
Mentorship from the Head of Onshore MedOps and potential path to full-time.
Full-time availability for 6 months; remote across time zones.
Senior year of Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education
