This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly engaging and empathetic OF Chatter who can build meaningful interactions with subscribers while maintaining a natural and engaging GFE (Girlfriend Experience) chatting style. The ideal candidate understands subscriber behavior, can maintain conversation flow, and is comfortable working in a fully remote environment with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

  Engage with subscribers through consistent, natural, and engaging conversations using a GFE-style approach.

• 
  Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with subscribers through personalized interactions.

• 
  Manage inflow messages and respond in a timely and engaging manner to maintain high response rates.

• 
  Understand subscriber behavior and adapt communication style to maintain engagement and interest.

• 
  Show empathy and emotional intelligence when interacting with subscribers to create authentic connections.

• 
  Maintain consistent activity during assigned shifts and manage multiple conversations efficiently.

• 
  Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth communication flow and content promotion.

• 
  Skilled at using scripts while making conversations fun, flirty, and humorous.

Requirements

• 
  At least 6 months Proven experience as an
  OF Chatter
  for at least 6 months involving
  GFE-style chatting
  .

• 
  Experience handling
  high message inflow

• 
  High level of
  empathy and emotional intelligence
  when interacting with subscribers.

• 
  Ability to
  adapt tone and style
  based on different subscriber personalities.

• 
  Able to work
  flexible schedules
  , including different shifts if needed.

• 
  Highly organized and able to
  manage multiple chats simultaneously
  .

• 
  Chat replies under 3 minutes — we monitor performance closely.

• 
  High-level English (C1/C2 preferred) — including understanding slang to sound natural, not robotic.

• 
  Able to portray a 25 year old american girl persona, but flexible enough to adapt if customers request other personalities.
