Job Description

The online Support Coordinator processes and coordinates all work related to Residential new Constructions for assigned builders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor and maintain all requests for electrical residential new construction.
• Coordinate with other internal departments regarding documentation and job creations.
• Monitor & maintain email inbox.
• File & code job documentation per entry standards
• Create jobs in the system based on appropriate information.
• Coordinate and respond to other departmental requests for documentation and job information.
• Visit builder websites for information as needed.
• Coordinate, communicate with and respond to remote admins and all field personnel as necessary.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within multiple systems while maintaining data consistency and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Construction experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
