Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortlich entwickeln, steuern und optimieren Sie digitale Marketingkampagnen und treiben den Ausbau neuer Performance-Marketing-Kanäle voran.
  • Sie verantworten das Social Media Marketing für unsere Produkte im lokalen Markt.
  • Dabei analysieren Sie fortwährend relevante KPIs, leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und setzen diese zielgerichtet um.
  • Sie leiten federführend Projekte zur lokalen Content-Erstellung und agieren dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen sowie externen Partnern.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Marketing konzipieren, planen und realisieren Sie zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
  • Nicht zuletzt arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem Vertrieb zusammen und stellen eine konsistente Markenkommunikation sicher.

Ihr Profil

  • Ihr Studium oder eine einschlägige Berufsausbildung im Bereich Marketing – mit dem Schwerpunkt Online Marketing oder Kommunikation – haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über erste praktische Erfahrung im Social Media und Performance Marketing.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen versierten Umgang mit relevanten digitalen Tools (bspw. Sprinklr) setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und kreativ, haben ein gutes Gespür für digitale Trends und eine hohe Zielgruppenorientierung.
