What’s the Role?

This role is about more than just picking orders, packing boxes and creating shipments as we really care about our customers and our people. Full training will be given for this role but possessing the following traits will all be essential: efficiency, competitiveness, organisation, cleanliness & very high standards.

We are looking for a team member to work 16 hours per week - Wednesday & Saturday Normal Operational hours are between 7am-10pm, Monday - Sunday, at our Back Ops site “The Nest” in Worthing. Weekend work is required for this role.

Hybrid role although based in Fulfilment you may be required regularly to work in other areas of Operations such as the Warehouse or the Production department if demand is below forecast.
Hours and shifts may vary from 7am-10pm.
This fulfilment role requires standing and being on your feet for the duration of each shift.

Christmas Period: During the week commencing 21st December 2026, the business operates with reduced team members and some departments may close. Team members will be required to take annual leave during this period where requested. If insufficient annual leave has been accrued, any required time off will be unpaid.

What are the responsibilities?

• Pick and pack online orders efficiently whilst offering the highest level of personal customer experience as possible. We love making sure our customers have a great day!
• Up for the challenge of beating targets and smashing deadlines.
• Organising packing stations, keeping them fully stocked, tidy and ready for the next day.
• General assistance across the departments for tasks like stocking up shelves, prepping products for shipping and stocktaking.
• Engaging with Seasonal products and launches to share the excitement with our customers.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure packing accuracy & correct postage presentation.
• Creating outstanding unboxing experiences that make our customers smile.
• Keeping the department clean, tidy and safe.
• Assisting in the Warehouse and Production departments when required.
