Online Driver Operations Agent (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a proactive Online Agent to join our Driver Operations team in Almaty. Your role will focus on providing operational support to drivers, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the development of partner acquisition and retention funnels. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a global company and dive deep into the operational processes of a tech business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support: Guiding users through the registration process and verifying data within the system.
  • Engagement: Interacting with the partner database via calls and messengers to increase activity and involvement.
  • Retention & Reactivation: Executing campaigns to bring back inactive users and managing churn rate metrics.
  • Market Monitoring: Regularly tracking market conditions and competitor activities within the industry.
  • Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of operational reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communication Campaigns: Organizing feedback collection, conducting surveys, and measuring Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Scalability: Providing operational support during new region launches and local pilot tests.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all data complies with the company’s internal quality and safety standards.
  • Process Optimization: Collecting and processing primary data to improve internal team workflows.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • Experience: Proven track record in operations, customer service, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (ability to work with filters and basic formulas).
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively in both languages.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision and a responsible approach to following internal regulations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to switch quickly between tasks, ranging from routine data processing to analytical research projects.
  • Reliability: Ability to work within strict deadlines (SLAs) and follow established algorithms.
  • English: Proficiency in English will be an advantage for collaborating within a global team.
