Marcus Evans online events, is now recruiting for an Online Coordinator. We are seeking a bright and dynamic professional who wants to make a mark on the business world.

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days office attendance is required) based in our Skopje office.

For the first 2-3 months the role is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management of your portfolio.

  • Identified as a central point of contact for the client and the internal divisions supporting the webinar (production and marketing).

  • Responsible for all the calls (allocation call, content call, pre-recording prep call).

  • Responsible for the Live broadcast/recording.

  • Online event set up in on24 platform ready for marketing.

  • Banner creation.

  • Ensure agreed timelines are met through continuous communication with clients and internal departments.

  • Upload of webinar content to Vimeo and Youtube channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a definite advantage.

  • Professional level of the English language - both written and verbal.

  • Flexible working hours required based on the project.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills.

  • High-energy personality with fresh ideas and a positive spirit.

  • A dedicated team player, who at the same time can work independently.
