Marcus Evans online events, is now recruiting for an Online Coordinator. We are seeking a bright and dynamic professional who wants to make a mark on the business world.
This is a hybrid role (2-3 days office attendance is required) based in our Skopje office.
For the first 2-3 months the role is fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management of your portfolio.
Identified as a central point of contact for the client and the internal divisions supporting the webinar (production and marketing).
Responsible for all the calls (allocation call, content call, pre-recording prep call).
Responsible for the Live broadcast/recording.
Online event set up in on24 platform ready for marketing.
Banner creation.
Ensure agreed timelines are met through continuous communication with clients and internal departments.
Upload of webinar content to Vimeo and Youtube channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a definite advantage.
Professional level of the English language - both written and verbal.
Flexible working hours required based on the project.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
High-energy personality with fresh ideas and a positive spirit.
A dedicated team player, who at the same time can work independently.
