Job Description

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership without waiting for direction, and enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces aligned and progressing. The role would focus on coordinating and optimizing the retailer's online operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience across the sports division omni-channel and driving online sales performance.

Omni Merchandising & Content Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end digital merchandising process to ensure products are accurately represented and launched on time across online platforms.
  • Drive content quality, product readiness, and launch execution to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee omni operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination of samples, systems, and stock readiness.
  • Maintain efficient workflows and strong adherence to cross-functional service standards.

Campaign & Trading Delivery

  • Execute digital campaigns, promotions, and key trading events in alignment with business and brand priorities.
  • Ensure online platforms are optimized to support trading performance and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Studio, Operations, and Bash teams to drive executional excellence.
  • Resolve operational challenges and align stakeholders to achieve omni objectives.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor omni performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed-to-market, and trading outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance execution and customer experience.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Omni Merchants and Coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • A Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • 4–6 years' experience in a similar role working in retail or e-commerce operations, with at least 2+ years team leadership experience
  • Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns online
  • Experience within a large retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience coordinating online retail operations.
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on online business performance.
  • Experience in omnichannel retail operations

Skills:

  • Reporting: Being able to understand & interpret data.
  • Attention To Detail: Always doing quality checks, in all areas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite with Asana, Slack and Monday.com
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain multi-brand relationships.
  • Communication Skills: An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and articulates ideas confidently.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
