
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Business Trading, Deputy Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online sales and trading activities. This role involves assisting in managing product performance, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, inventory planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital trading and capable of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Online Trading Manager in executing online business strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Monitor and analyze daily sales, stock levels, and product performance across digital channels.
Managing product categories and direct-delivery suppliers by developing sales growth plans and collaborating with suppliers to implement effective strategies that drive revenue
Assist in planning and launching online campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product listings.
Coordinate with marketing, trading, supply chain, marketing and IT teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide regular reports on trading performance, customer trends, and competitor activity.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales, and overall online trading efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Trading, e-commerce, or digital retail.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Come with online & offline stores experience is a plus.
