We're Hiring: Online Bidder (Night Shift) – Remote Location: Remote – India Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: IT & Web Development Employment: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift – US/International Time Zones About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our growing IT and web development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and converting opportunities into successful projects. If you have a proven track record of winning projects and building strong, long-term relationships with international clients, we'd love to hear from you. Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , and other freelance platforms. Research client requirements and create customized, persuasive proposals. Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and other requirements. Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful deals. Understand client requirements and coordinate with developers, designers, and other technical team members. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Track bidding activity, leads, conversions, and overall business development performance. Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and opportunities within the IT and web development industry. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , or similar marketplaces. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . Good understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital services . Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work. Comfortable working with US/international time zones . Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
