Responsible for managing foreclosure files through all stages leading up to auction. This position ensures full compliance with state statutes, investor guidelines, and client requirements while maintaining exceptional accuracy and data integrity across internal systems and the Auction.com platform. • Manage, organize, and update property photos, foreclosure documents, and sale related materials on internal and external websites or listing platforms.
• Perform routine audits of posted materials to ensure data integrity and correct any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure that all publicly posted property photos and documents are properly vetted, current, and aligned with company standards.
