Every day, our partner supports greener and smarter supply chains around the world, connecting markets efficiently while reducing emissions and helping clients move their goods in a more sustainable way.

As part of a small team of experienced Financial Systems specialists within the Shared Service Center, you will act as a OneStream system administrator, supporting global finance stakeholders. This role offers hands-on experience with OneStream, involving daily support, troubleshooting, and the implementation of new functionalities.

Key responsibilities:

• Support financial close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles

• Build and maintain cube views, dashboards, and reports

• Assist with global allocations and chart of accounts management

• Administer user security and transformation rules

• Provide technical and functional support

• Investigate and resolve incidents and change requests

• Deliver user training and maintain documentation

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to meet deadlines and improve processes

• Work close with external service providers on system maintenance and new functionality implementation projects

Your Skills:

• A degree in Business Economics and/or IT

• Excellent command in spoken and written English.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream (support and reporting). Hyperion Financial Consolidation (HFM) would be considered

• Competent with Cube views set up and Business rules

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn

•Comfortable working independently and in teams

•Familiar with JIRA, SQL/SSIS, and MS Office
