As a Senior Associate specializing in Onestream, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance Consulting practice, focusing on financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. Within our Finance practice, you will enhance the efficiency of financial operations by assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, asking questions and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. You will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance
• Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations
• Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls
• Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
• Managing financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform financial insights and recommendations
• Collaborating with clients to build meaningful relationships and anticipate their financial needs
• Navigating complex financial situations and adapting strategies to changing business contexts
• Upholding professional and technical standards in financial management and consulting practices
• Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
• At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
• Utilizing financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Excelling in financial statement preparation and review
• Managing complex financial systems and operations
• Navigating ambiguity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
