The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.
This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s).
This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.
Must have strong communication skills.
High School diploma or GED.
Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
