Job Description


As a One Identity Architect, you will:

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the One Identity product suite.

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and support.

  • Customize and manage the One Identity Manager data model to meet business and security requirements.

  • Develop, configure, and maintain connectors and integrations within the One Identity ecosystem.

  • Work with One Identity APIs to enable seamless system integrations and automation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.

  • Ensure IAM solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on IAM architecture and implementation.

  • Support incident management, troubleshooting, and optimization of IAM platforms.

  • Contribute to modernization initiatives by leveraging cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong experience working with One Identity Manager and its core components.

  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access management.

  • Hands-on experience with One Identity data model customization and configuration.

  • Experience building and maintaining One Identity connectors and integrations.

  • Proficiency in working with One Identity APIs and automation capabilities.

  • Expertise across the One Identity product suite, including Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, and Starling 2FA.

  • Programming experience in VB .NET or similar technologies.

  • Strong background in software engineering and IAM architecture.

  • Experience working with cloud environments, microservices architectures, and DevOps practices.

  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and deliver end-to-end IAM solutions.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

  • Design scalable and secure IAM architectures aligned with enterprise needs.

  • Translate business and security requirements into effective IAM solutions.

  • Lead and support full-cycle IAM implementations from design to deployment.

  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues.

  • Drive best practices in identity governance, access control, and security architecture.
