The position / About the Job:

One ERP- Project Execution Manager – D365

Program Setup & Planning:

  • Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan (prepare → design → build → test → deploy → hypercare).
  • Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule.
  • Establish governance (steering committee, PMO cadence, logs, change control) and communication plan.
  • Align project outcomes with business case and value realization targets.

Business Process & Solution Design

  • Orchestrate process discovery and fit-gap sessions; align global vs. local design.
  • Ensure standardization and simplification of processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, M2O, Plan-to-Produce, HCM flows).
  • Validate solution design with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.

Data & Integrations

  • Own the data strategy: data model, cleansing, migration, reconciliation.
  • Coordinate interface design and delivery.
  • Govern master data and data quality KPIs.

Delivery & Testing

  • Lead build, configuration, and defect triage across vendor and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance, regression); ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.
  • Oversee cutover rehearsal readiness and defect exit criteria.

Change Management & Training

  • Drive change strategy (stakeholder mapping, communications, training, role mapping) to enable adoption.
  • Partner with HR & Central project team to deploy tailored training (super-users, end users, train-the-trainer).
  • Monitor adoption metrics and implement reinforcement mechanisms.

Cutover, Go‑Live & Hypercare

  • Lead cutover planning, go/no-go criteria, and business continuity safeguards.
  • Manage hypercare triage, stabilization KPIs, SLAs, and transition to run/operations.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance (e.g., SOX controls, GxP where applicable, data privacy, segregation of duties).
  • Enforce security-by-design and access governance.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage vendor: SOWs, deliverables, quality gates, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track budget, forecasts, burn rates, and benefit realization; present variance analysis and recovery plans.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a cross-functional team (business process owners, super-users, SMEs, architects, developers, testers).
  • Influence senior stakeholders and resolve conflicts; maintain crisp, transparent communication.

Who should you be?

  • Min. qualification would be a Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of project management experience, with 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations (multi-entity/multi-country preferred).
  • Hands-on experience across ERP domains

Core Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong planning & execution discipline; risk and dependency management.
  • Executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation.
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Business acumen in Finance/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/HCM.
  • Change leadership and user adoption focus.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Delivery: On-time milestone adherence, scope variance, budget variance.
  • Quality: Defect leakage rate, UAT pass rates, cutover success, time-to-stabilize.
  • Adoption: Training completion, active usage, helpdesk volume, adoption score by function.
  • Value: Achievement of business case targets (e.g., DSO reduction, inventory turns, close cycle time).
  • Compliance: Control effectiveness , audit findings, SoD violations.
