Oncology RN Navigator

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, is currently looking for a per diem Oncology RN Navigator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess specialty-specific clinical knowledge and have a passion for providing individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers. In this pivotal role, you will help patients navigate healthcare system barriers, ensuring a seamless care experience from referral to specialty care and beyond, including survivorship and end-of-life care.

As an RN Navigator, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills and expertise to coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum. You will employ critical thinking and decision-making abilities to guide specialty care teams, addressing the complex needs of patients throughout their healthcare journey.

What you'll need:

  • Current Washington state RN license in good standing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
  • Oncology Navigation experience preferred
  • ONS Certification required
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification may be required

Schedule Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Day Shift
