Oncology Program Coordinator - Full Time (80 Hours per pay period)|Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm |Bronson Oncology & Hematology Specialists - Kalamazoo
Provides program support to a variety of oncology-programs including tumor board coordination, multidisciplinary clinics scheduling, and research support among others. Works closely with leadership, oncology quality/safety coordinator, nurse navigators, and other oncology staff to coordinate programs that result in successful operational outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency and previous experience with Epic preferred.
3 years of experience in a Health setting, Oncology preferred
Must be able to operate and perform computer programs associated with documentation and record keeping in the department including word-processing, spreadsheets, and healthcare-based systems
Must have the ability to multi-task and quickly change priorities, sometimes with no advance notice.
Must have ability to interact with verbal and written requests from various levels, including management, co-workers, and providers
Must demonstrate leadership and organization skills including the ability to work independently and take initiative.
