Job Title: Clinical Supervisor RN

Reports To: Practice Leader
Trinity Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to oversee the daily operations of an outpatient oncology center. This role is responsible for supervising a clinical care team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting operational excellence in collaboration with the Practice Leader and Operations Director. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience:
Minimum: Three years acute care nursing experience for similar patient populations. Progressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff, supervising personnel and problem solving of unit or organizational issues.
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities and deal with stresses associated with a patient care environment such as emergencies, time pressures, varying patient emotions/attitudes/conditions, etc.
