WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As an ASH Onboarding Stream Lead , you will be responsible for onboarding activities for our clients, coordinating across multiple teams and ensuring smooth delivery of post-trade settlement solutions. You will be the central point of communication with the client, orchestrating testing, managing change requests, and aligning stakeholders across Product Management, Outreach, Testing, and SaaS service execution.

Your contributions will drive effective onboarding outcomes, build client relationships, and ensure operational excellence in complex financial environments. This role requires both self-management and collaboration, with a solid ability to manage risk, communicate clearly, and deliver results in asset servicing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assume overall ASH onboarding PM responsibility and lead client communications

  • Coordinate with Product Management, Outreach, Testing, AFT, and Bottomline teams

  • Define and deliver reporting and risk analysis in collaboration with outreach PM and client program managers

  • Plan and coordinate testing activities, including integration test scope and requirements

  • Manage requests for sample data and orchestrate test streams with SC teams

  • Review and assess customer change requests, coordinating with architects and product development

  • Consolidate efforts across outreach, build, and testing teams to ensure alignment

  • Evaluate resource and staffing impacts with PM and SaaS service execution management

  • Communicate solutions to clients, clarifying scope and timelines

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in asset servicing operations

  • Deep knowledge of post-trade settlement processes within buy-side/asset management

  • Familiarity with equities, fixed income, ETDs, and OTC derivatives

  • Understanding of data interfacing, mapping, and testing processes (unit, integration)

  • Ability to handle business-specific communication with clearing brokers, custodians, and asset managers

  • Effective stakeholder management and risk analysis skills

  • Fluency in English; additional client language proficiency is a plus

  • Located in the same region as the client (e.g., EMEA for German clients)

  • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively within a team
