Position Summary
The Onboarding, Talent & Employer Brand Specialist supports Talent Acquisition by delivering a high-quality onboarding experience and strengthening Hydromax USA’s employer brand. This role ensures new hires complete employment documentation accurately and on time, coordinates background checks and drug screens, maintains onboarding tracking and reporting, and supports recruiting campaigns through social media, outreach initiatives, and career fair coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage confidential information, follow up relentlessly, and collaborate across Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring timely, accurate completion of all employment documentation and a strong new hire experience.
- Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screens through third-party vendors; troubleshoot issues, maintain compliance, and drive completion through proactive follow-up.
- Maintain onboarding records and reporting, keeping trackers accurate and up to date while providing status updates, metrics, and summaries to Recruiting/HR leadership as needed.
- Support talent acquisition branding and outreach by creating and posting social media/web content, engaging appropriately online, and promoting open roles to drive qualified applicants.
- Coordinate recruiting events and special projects, including career fairs (logistics, scheduling, materials, stakeholder communication) and process improvements that increase efficiency and candidate experience.
QualificationsJob
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications/Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and/or onboarding platforms preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices and compliance expectations related to hiring documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen (as applicable) as a condition of employment.
Pay:
- $25 - $29 per hour, depending on experience
