Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Vendor’s team members will monitor the iCIMS dashboard for candidates that are assigned to them for onboarding support
  • Vendor’s team members will ensure all compliance related items are complete before the candidate’s start date
  • Vendor’s team members will maintain confidentiality with candidate information and documents and ensure accuracy when working through tasks, emailing information, and adding documents to the electronic file retention system.
  • Vendor’s team members will utilize the following systems/websites to ensure the candidates tasks and tasks assigned to them for Onboarding are completed before start date: iCIMS, Lawson, DocuSign, OnBase, United States regulatory boards, Department of Human Services, Shared inboxes, Teams, Jabber.
  • Determine potential start dates
  • Schedule for EOHS appointment
  • Generate offer letter
  • Select onboarding tasks
  • Send welcome onboarding email
  • Writing engaging job posts
  • Adding screening questions
  • At the end of a seniority period, the recruiter must check for seniority candidates.
  • Select all candidates that have applied. Run seniority report that compares internal applicants to Lawson.
  • Determine who has the most seniority out of the internal candidate pool.
  • Communicate with the hiring leader to determine if they would like to meet with an internal candidate to talk about environment/unit culture/schedule/position, etc.
  • Communicate with candidate to offer position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area
  • 2-3 years Human Resources experience
  • Experience using recruitment, onboarding tools or any related systems
