Onboarding ProjectManagerResponsibilities:

The Onboarding ProjectManagerwill be part of theGlobalEquity Solutions group within the MorganStanley atWork organization.The Global Equity Solutions teamis responsible forthe engagementandonboardingof corporate clients and their equity administrationinformationThe candidate will work cross-functionally towards a goal of successful end-to-end delivery of onboarding projects,bringing a willingness to do what it takes to get onboarding projects done ina timelyandaccuratemanner. The candidate will build exceptional relationships with both immediate and cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment focusing on all aspects of client readiness and support for clients as they move through the full lifecycle of implementation activities onto the Morgan StanleyatWorkequityadministration platforms.

This positionis responsible forthe successful management of concurrent projects. Projects include the implementation of Stock Plan Administration and Employee Broker Services for corporate clients ina timelyandhigh-qualityfashion. The ProjectManagerwill manage the client relationshipduring the Onboarding period, ensuring that they and other team members understand and perform their responsibilities,maintaina high levelof clientsatisfactionand continuously assess project risks.

This highly visible position involves interacting with a variety of individuals internally and externally and at all levels of the organization. Candidate must be driven anda self-starter,be organizedand detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

TheOnboarding ProjectManager

Responsible for the successfulend-to-enddelivery ofClient Onboardingprojects, including but not limited to:

  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned corporate clients throughout the onboarding process,maintaininga client-focused, yet firm approach.

  • Using establishedtemplates,tools& processes, act as the key contact between new clients and internalstakeholders toestablishprojectmilestonesand timelines  

  • Engaging in scoping and requirements gathering, understanding customerneedsand relaying them back to the onboardingtechnicalspecialist andor software development team whereappropriate

  • Establishing and meeting goals,assigningand directingthe work of others, and managingmultiple requests with minimal direction.

  • Enforcing project schedules,deadlinesand standards.

  • Leading project reviews to assess schedule, process, risks andfacilitatecommunication andcoordination

  • Providing regularstatus reportsto applicable managers, executive team, and the client,asrequired

  • Activelyparticipatingin resolution of issues and conflicts, internally as well as with clients and other vendors whereappropriate; escalating issues inan appropriate,timely, and tactful manner

  • Lead client engagements as the front-lineSubject Matter Expert, translating IPO and equitycompensationbestpractices into clear, actionable guidance for corporate stakeholders.

  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to modernize theProjectManagement toolset, automating routine workflows tooptimizeclient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BS / BA degree(or equivalent education, training, and experience)

  • Minimum oftwoyears’ experience managing software and/or implementation projectswitha high levelof client interaction(or equivalent experience in a Technical Customer Service role)

  • Proventrack recordin successfully handling multiple projectswith competing priorities Ability to multi-task and reprioritize activities withminimalsupervision.

  • Strongcommunicatorwith excellent written andverbalcommunication skills

  • Proficiencywith MicrosoftExcel,Microsoft Word, MicrosoftPowerpoint

  • Proficiencywithequity compensation management software (Equity EdgeOnlineorShareworks).

  • Proficiencywith CRMand Project Management toolsets (Salesforce andTaskRay, preferred)

  • Equity Compensation Associate (ECA),Certified Equity Professional(CEP) designation,or Project Management Professional (PMP)preferred

  • Brokerage IndustryKnowledge, preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
