As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for employees joining international organizations. You will manage onboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring employment documentation and employee data are accurate, secure, and completed on time. Working across a globally distributed and asynchronous environment, you will collaborate with teams spanning mobility, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle operations. Your attention to detail and operational judgment will directly contribute to a seamless experience for clients and their new employees worldwide. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and scale onboarding through automation. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working independently, and continuously improving how things are done.
