About the role
The Onboarding Officer plays a key role in coordinating the
successful onboarding of equipment, services, and team members to customer
sites. This role works closely with operations and commercial teams
to manage onboarding requirements, including customer onboarding platforms,
employee details, service records, risk assessments, and other required
documentation.
A key part of the role is ensuring Kennards Hire is
registered on the correct customer onboarding portals and that all
registrations, licences, and records are kept up to date and compliant.
