Job Description

Requirement

  • Domicile in Yogyakarta. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages.
  • Have strong ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality

Job Desc:

  • Conduct onboard sessions
  • Has a maximum onboard finish target of H+1 after the data goes up to the sheet
  • Request documents and employee data
  • Ensure employees have sent the requested data and documents
  • Follow up with partners who have not sent personal data
  • Ensure all partners are onboard and there is photo evidence of work on the first day
