Pay Range

£26,500 to £31,000

Working Hours/Pattern:

Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part time basis. If you would like to explore this further please discuss this with the talent partner for this role. Please note our ability to accommodate flexible working arrangements will vary from role to role, dependent on business requirements.

What is the role about?

The Onboarding Executive is responsible for providing a wide range of Recruitment and support to individual Co-Members, line managers, and the business as a whole. Responsibilities within the Onboarding Executive remit include new starter and on-boarding administration, supporting with peaks in recruitment activity e.g. telephone interviews and role plays, HR Reporting & Projects and general support for the wider HR team.

Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include

New Starter& Onboarding:

  • Manage new starter paperwork, including offer letters and contracts.

  • Oversee screening process and coordinate start dates.

  • Address new starter queries

Recruitment & Talent Planning

  • Assist Resourcing Business Partner during high activity periods.

  • Support with interviews and role plays for all vacancies.

  • Advise management on resourcing needs in line with policy and legislation.

  • Participate in selection and assessment for operational roles.

Project Work & Other Duties:

  • Contribute to and implement HR projects.

  • Create and manage HR reports for senior stakeholders and the board.

  • Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise and manage workload in order to meet strict deadlines.

  • Comfortable with providing a high quality of accurate information and advice over the phone.

  • Confident in dealing with staff at all levels.

  • Tactful and discreet in handling sensitive personal information.

  • Confident and able to work autonomously as the role holder has sole responsibility for the ultimate completion of many elements of the role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • IT literate particularly with Word and Excel
