Job Summary:

7Crew Enterprises, LLC, is looking for a skilled Onboarding coordinator to ensure new hires have a positive, well-organized introduction to the company. This position works closely with our operations team to coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all onboarding activities for new employees through our HRIS system.
• Collaborates with new hires regarding the onboarding process utilizing phone calls, chats, email, and/or other forms of communication.
• Performs customer service functions by answering candidate requests and questions.
• Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation.
• Files documents into appropriate employee files within our HRIS system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with employees.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and time keeping systems.

Education and Experience:

• Our ideal candidate holds a degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least two years related experience required.
• HR certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

The Onboarding Coordinator is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to perform job responsibilities from our corporate office in Lubbock, Texas, a designated office location, or remotely from a home office, based on business needs and job requirements. The amount of remote work will be determined at the discretion of the Company based on the performance of the employee in the role, business needs, and operational efficiency.
