We are adding another Onboarding Coordinator who will take part in providing a market-leading candidate onboarding experience.

Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm to 6am PH time)

Work Set up: Onsite in our Makati office

Responsibilities

  • Validate all accepted offer details to ensure candidate information is accurate and complete before onboarding begins.
  • Manage candidate movement through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by following established onboarding workflows and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Proactively engage candidates through phone calls, email, and virtual meeting platforms to provide guidance and maintain a positive onboarding experience.
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding calls or virtual meetings to review pre-employment requirements, expectations, and start-day information.
  • Monitor and track completion of all pre-employment requirements, ensuring candidates meet required deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, and Operations, to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders regarding onboarding status, outstanding requirements, and anticipated start dates.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues or candidate concerns by coordinating with the appropriate teams to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Track onboarding metrics, candidate progress, and potential risks, escalating concerns that may impact start dates or hiring goals.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by providing responsive communication, professional support, and timely follow-up from offer acceptance through Day One.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
    • At least 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR operations, or a customer-facing role.
    • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously.
    • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of candidate information, documentation, and onboarding records.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve onboarding issues.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams) and other collaboration tools.
    • Willing to work onsite and support business requirements, including flexibility to work assigned schedules when needed.

    Successful candidate must be willing to report in our Circuit, Makati office.
