Job Description

About Grubhub

At Grubhub, we champion restaurants from coast to coast. Restaurants sit at the heart of communities. It’s our mission to strengthen their roots, deepen their connections, and increase the positive impact they have on people and society.

Grubhub, part of Wonder, delivers the best local, authentic cuisine right to diners’ doors—and new customers and billions in revenue to local businesses. Featuring over 375,000 merchants in over 4,000 cities nationwide, our innovative technology, user-friendly platforms, and streamlined delivery capabilities have made us an industry leader in the world of online food ordering.

Since we opened our doors in 2004, Grubhub has been opening doors all across the country. Bakery doors in Hyde Park, jibarito joint doors in Queens, and doors of opportunity all across the country. Join our team and help us open more.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for our new enterprise partners, primarily focusing on restaurant chains and large-scale clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our partners.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise partner onboarding, from initial contact to successful activation.

  • Proactively reach out to enterprise partners and their designated contacts to solicit and collect all necessary onboarding materials, documentation, and data.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners during the onboarding phase, maintaining consistent communication and setting clear expectations.

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation is collected, verified, and processed according to internal policies and compliance requirements.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Enterprise Success Team to ensure a smooth handoff post-activation and that onboarding activities align with long-term partnership strategies.

  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Success, Audits & Controls) to resolve any hurdles or dependencies encountered during the onboarding process.

  • Must be comfortable and proficient with making outbound calls and sending professional emails to external partners to facilitate the collection of materials and discuss onboarding progress.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all onboarding activities, status updates, and collected documentation within Salesforce.

  • Ensure all onboarding is executed with the highest level of care, attention to detail, and urgency, reflecting a commitment to partner success.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience: At least one year experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, account coordination, project management, or sales support. Experience working with enterprise-level accounts is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally and persuasively engage external partners.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with external stakeholders quickly.

  • Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and data accuracy.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS Voice, and Jotform

  • Coachability: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and proactively incorporate feedback from peers and leadership.

  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take ownership, manage multiple brands, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
