Onboarding Administrator
Location:
Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Hybrid working (minimum 1 day in office per week)
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Full-time position: 37.5hours

Salary Up to £28,500 DOE

As the Onboarding Administrator you will provide on-boarding services including the issuing of the contract of employment and the completion of all pre-employment screening activities to support the successful recruitment of new employees joining Bupa or moving roles within the business.

Whatyou'lldo

  • Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLA’s and quality assurance standards

  • Ensure all the relevant documentation has been received to progress the offer of employment through the relevant HR system

  • Issueaccurateand compliant contracts of employment

  • Issue theappropriate documentationand links to the candidate

  • Request theappropriatescreeningpackage to be instigated

  • Maintains regular oversight of the progress of the screening activity to conclusion

  • Escalates if there are delays to the screening process using agreed escalation processes

  • Establishes andmaintainsa strong relationship with the candidate to deliver an outstanding candidate experience

  • Make the candidate aware of the customer journey and clearly articulate what isrequired ofthem

  • Ensure that the candidate is kept informed of progress,maintainingregular contact with them via various communication channels

Whatyou’llbring:

  • Previousadministration experience in a volume transactional environment.

  • PreviousHR experiencedesirable

  • Experience of working in a Customer Serviceenvironment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Good organisational skills
