Job Description : Lead the onboarding, activation, and development journey of newly hired Financial Specialists (FS) to ensure they become active, productive, and successful sales professionals. The role focuses on improving onboarding effectiveness, productivity, and retention through structured programs, performance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding Management • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new FS. • Ensure onboarding activities are completed on time and according to standards. • Continuously improve onboarding programs and processes. 2. Learning & Development • Lead onboarding, activation, and development programs such as FAST, TRACK, TURBO, and OJT. • Ensure participants complete the required learning journey. • Develop and update training materials, activation tools, and sales capability content. • Monitor training effectiveness and identify development needs. 3. Activation & Productivity • Drive activation and productivity of FS within their first 0–6 months. • Ensure achievement of key onboarding and activation milestones. • Implement activation initiatives consistently across regions. 4. Performance Monitoring Monitor key indicators including: • Active Rate • Submission Rate • Issuance Rate • Productivity Rate • First Month Activation • Achievement of training completion targets. • New FS productivity acceleration and ramp-up effectiveness. • FS capability improvement and certification completion rate. • Product launch readiness and adoption rate. Identify and support FS who are: • Zero Activity • Zero Lead • Zero Submit • Low Performer
