Job Description

Job Location: ARCH - Williamsport, PA 17701
Position Type: First/Mid Level Officials and ManagerEducation
Level: High School or GED
Travel Percentage: NoneReporting to the Vice President Customer Service and Marketing, this position oversees the onboarding of accounts to ensure the accuracy of customer processing requirements and related account information within the Order Management System.
- Provide direction and assistance as needed to support operations as assigned to include, but not limited to the following:
- - Enter customer data into Order Management System, using customer specifications.
- - Setup of new accounts for Supplies product line.
- - Answer phones and submit orders from inbound phone calls as back up to other processors.
- - Compile data and other tasks as assigned being accountable for accuracy and timely delivery of assigned work.
- - Filing and maintaining files, copying and mailing of correspondence and packages.
- - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
- Directly and indirectly supervise employees which include but limited to:
- - Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- - Planning, delegating, assigning and directing work.
- - Administering time and attendance policies, coaching and appraising performance.
- - Rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.  College education a plus. One year of work experience in a clerical or business-related position required.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.) and good keyboarding skills.
- Able to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities in handling multiple assignments and work under the pressure of deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to operate as a team  player with the ability to adapt to others’ needs and provide courteous service on the phone ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Normal office environment, close and distant vision, using hands and fingers to handle and feel, talk and hear, sitting, lifting up to 10 lbs. frequently.  Standing and walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.  This position is subject to scheduled overtime which may be required based on production needs.
