  • Your analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit will fuel innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success.

What makes you unique

  • You bring solid experience in pricing and revenue management within global companies, supported by a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or another quantitative field.

  • Your data-driven approach combines analytical rigor with commercial awareness, enabling you to solve complex problems and support strategic decision-making.

  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills allow you to thrive in cross-functional settings, while your resilience and enthusiasm help you face challenges with confidence.

  • Above all, you are a true team player, committed to sustainability, openness, and continuous learning, with the entrepreneurial drive to test initiatives and transform results into improved performance.

    Why Costa:

  • We are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of collaboration and play a key role within our organization, supporting business results. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • You'll be located at our Genoa offices, where our strategies pulse to life and our ships set sail. Plus, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, adding an extra layer of freedom to your experience.
