Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate student to join out team for a part-time position of 20 hours per week. The hourly rate of pay is $13.50 per hours.

The OnBse Document Processing Assistant supports SEO operations through the indexing, classification and form prepping and quality review of our digital hire forms. This positon helps ensure records are accurately captured, categorized and available for authorized business process.

The student employee will work under the guidance of Student Employment staff and follow established procedures for ducment handling, indexing, quality assurance and records management.

Essential Functions

  • Review electronic documents and accurately identify the appropriate document classification.

  • Enter and validate indexing information in accordance with established standards and procedures.

  • Verify document quality, completeness, and legibility.

  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure indexing accuracy.

  • Prepare hiring forms in accordance with university policies and procedures to ensure students meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the job description.

  • Maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of university records and sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment at CWRU
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow documented procedures consistently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
