About the Role
The Onsite Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, timely support for the day‑to‑day operation of Canon’s Managed Document Services (MDS). This position ensures smooth onsite service delivery, proactive issue management, and a consistently positive client experience. It is a 100% onsite role, reporting directly to the Team Leader – Client Services.

About you
You bring strong customer service experience in a service focused environment or have worked in a similar onsite support role and are motivated to grow your corporate career within a professional services setting. You approach challenges with a proactive, solutions focused mindset and resolve issues with confidence and efficiency. You work well with supportive colleagues and stakeholders, contributing to a positive team environment. Candidate flexibility to work across various customer locations within the Sydney region when required are preferred.
