We’re looking for a dedicated On-Site Representative – PBH to be the first point of contact for one of our valued customers. Based at their location, you’ll play a key role in managing and processing customer orders while ensuring we meet and exceed our contracted service level commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
Customer Requirements & Order Management
Conduct Quantum Interrogation, market research, and IPC validation to support procurement.
Perform technical and alternate PN research to identify suitable alternatives.
Assess customer payment viability and negotiate cost-effective procurement.
Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Logistics, Exchange & Warranty Management
Oversee exchange orders, resolving quarantine and traceability issues.
Manage core identification, off-core returns, and warranty (RMA) processes.
Handle credit note and invoice queries, ensuring timely resolution.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Act as the primary customer interface, handling queries and escalations.
Coordinate contract reviews and track performance against service levels.
Maintain customer procedure sheets and drive process improvements.
Respond to urgent/AOG demands and identify additional service opportunities.
