Job Title: On-site Property Manager

Location: South China

Reports To: Senior Manager, Property Management

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:

The On-site Property Manager will be the primary point of contact for tenants, responsible for the overall management and operations of the property. This role involves maintaining the property's physical condition, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring a positive living and working environment. The On-site Property Manager plays a critical role in enhancing tenant satisfaction while optimizing property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Address tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee the work of maintenance and service providers to ensure quality workmanship
• Prepare and manage the property budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Develop and implement strategies for tenant retention and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communication, and maintenance requests
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and manage leasing activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and real estate regulations
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in managing tenant relationships and resolving conflicts
• Leadership skills to oversee on-site staff and contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential or retail property management
• Knowledge of local market trends and property laws
