£30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance
39 hours per week

Shift pattern:

• Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00
• Friday: 08:00–16:00
• Weekends: 08:00–15:00 (1 in 3 rota – paid at +15%)

The role

Hands-on plumbing role working across a large, secure site. You’ll be part of a maintenance team keeping systems running safely and efficiently.

Key work includes:

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Working on mains water systems and pipework
• Fault finding, repairs and replacements
• Water checks, sampling and compliance tasks

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating (essential)
• Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar)
• Full UK driving licence
• Legionella awareness (ideal but not essential)
• Able to work as part of a team in a secure environment
