Join Ascend Staffing as an On-Site Manager in Tigard, Oregon In this role, you’ll provide daily administrative and workforce support for staffing operations while helping ensure employees, client supervisors, and internal teams receive excellent communication and service.

• Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE

On-Site Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to staffing operations
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
• Support compliance procedures and help ensure policy adherence
• Assist with onboarding, employee check-ins, and new hire processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily workforce needs
• Communicate employee updates, attendance issues, and operational needs as appropriate
• Assist with general HR, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
• Provide professional, responsive support to employees and client contacts

On-Site Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in staffing, HR, administrative support, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude
• Comfortable using computer systems, email, and basic office technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
